I am honored to share my latest work, “Guitar Concerto”, written for and recorded by the legendary Eliot Fisk along with an extremely talented and passionate young orchestra the Orquesta Escuela Carlos Chavez led by internationally acclaimed conductor Maestro Eduardo Garcia Barrios.

 

Inspired by the profound beauty of African American spirituals and the rich traditions of the Deep South, this concerto is a tribute to resilience and a way of giving voice to oppressed people everywhere—a theme that, sadly, remains deeply relevant in today’s world.
